Welcome to Today Loop. These terms are intentionally short and written in plain language. By using the app, you agree to them.
Using the app
Today Loop helps you capture thoughts, plan your day, and close it with a clear review. You may use it for personal or work productivity. Please do not misuse it, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
Your tasks and notes are yours. They are stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups (for example, via your device backup).
AI features
Today Loop can structure notes and write daily summaries. AI output is generated to be helpful but may be imperfect — please review anything important. On-device AI runs locally; optional cloud AI (Pro) processes only the text needed for a single request and does not store it.
Subscriptions (Pro)
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription and/or a one-time purchase, sold through the Apple App Store.
- Price, billing period, and any free trial are shown on the paywall before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
- Core features remain free; Pro unlocks additional AI conveniences.
Availability
We work to keep the app reliable but provide it "as is," without warranties. We are not liable for lost data or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. Keep your own backups of anything important.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
